Notes from the catalog can be exported to the file system.
Export of notes is only available with login/user ID.
Use cases:
- Forward notes to catalog creator
- Forward notes to other catalog users
- Saving the notes
When exporting, you can decide what type of notes to be exported:
- Only your private notes
- Only the notes marked as public
- All notes
| Settings | Notes | Export |
| 1 | In the dialog 'Which notes shall be exported?' select the type of notes to be exported. |
| 2 | You will get an information with the number of notes that will be exported. |
| 3 | After clicking OK the notes will be automatically downloaded in the zipped file Notes.zip |
