Create

Notes can be created for parts, assemblies, drawings, documents and chapters.

1	Click on Additional information symbol.
2	In the dialogue 'Additional information' click on Notes New.
3	Visibility The visibility can only be selected if the catalogue author has made a distinction between private and public notes. Private The notes are only visible to the user who created them. If you create private notes and delete the cookies, you can no longer see your previous, private notes. Public The notes are visible to all users, who can request the catalogue.
4	Category A category can be chosen if defined by the catalogue author.
5	Title Enter title of the note.
6	Attachments can be attached to the note using Drag&Drop or via Add file.
7	Note text The lower window section in the 'Notes' dialogue is available for entering the note text.
8	The note is assigned to the element from the catalogue. A list of all notes can be found here: Overview of notes
